John Sedej founded New Path Business Advisors based on simple desire;   to make businesses and the people within them better. He has worked in and for larger corporations and is still asked to come in to deliver a talk or develop a training program for a department or team.  However, his primary focus is small to medium sized businesses because he believes they are the lifeblood of any economy.  He works hard to equip businesses to greater levels of success, because when they succeed, families and communities everywhere benefit!

A firm believer that when a leader gets better, the whole team is lifted up, John has guided and many leaders through the sometimes stormy sea of business and organizational development.  He has had multiple successful businesses, served as a corporate executive for a large Fortune 500 company, worked with hundreds of C-level and Senior Leaders, serves as an advisor to various non-profits, is a leader in his church, and husband to his beautiful wife Susan.

Years ago, John read a book called “Compassionate Capitalism”. That book challenged his viewpoint as a leader and business owner.  He started viewing a successful business not only as a means of making a living, but as a vehicle to educate, empower, and equip people, their families, and their local communities. He tries to help his clients embrace this same “servant leader” philosophy. New Path Business Advisors affords him this opportunity every day.
